Good day, which is to say that it is a good day whether you want it to be one or not! For today's blog, I wanted to talk about the company where I do a lot of business and have for years: The Doll Clothes Superstore. Doll Clothes Superstore has been in business since at least the 90s, I should know, because my mom used to buy my American Girl doll clothes there. I'll talk about their fabulous selection of 18 inch doll clothes next week. This week I want to talk about their awesome Barbie clothes!
First meet today's models: Lady Goewyn,
Let's begin! Doll Clothes Superstore offers hundreds of different outfits for Barbie and Ken. Each one is hand crafted and made to last. Some, of course may be "hipper" than others, because of the use of vintage patterns. However, ladies looking to restore vintage Barbies will easily find things from the right era, for not a lot of money. The most expensive outfits are under six dollars.
Yingtai is modeling the "Chinese Princess" dress from Doll Clothes Warehouse. Yes, you can get Disney looking dresses from the Warehouse. You wouldn't know that this wasn't the real thing, would you? In fact I like this more than what Mulan usually has to wear!
Along with all those pretty dresses, Barbie must have shoes, right? Of course she needs shoes! Doll Clothes Warehouse has you covered there, with an assortment of different styles, colors, and types of shoes for Barbie. You can browse the Shoe Selection page (only .75 to .80 cents a pair!) or you can buy the famous shoe grab bag, 20 random pairs of shoes for $4.00. You never know what you'll get! They even have shoes for those notoriously hard to fit flat footed Barbies.
What about accessories? I'm glad you asked! One thing I always order are these great duffel bags. They are perfect for a large Barbie purses and go with so many things!
If you want jewelry and other pieces, check here. They have stands, crowns (you can see Goewyn wearing one of them above) some hats, and earrings.
I hope that the next time you are in the market for some Barbie clothes, I hope you'll consider the Doll Clothes Warehouse. They never disappoint!
